MEET THE FOUNDER
I’m Cindy Roberts, founder of EmpowHer Supplements, a women’s empowerment coach of 10 years and an evidence-based nutritionist specialising in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause.
EmpowHer was born from seeing so many women around me struggle with the changes that come with this stage of life, while beginning that transition myself. I wanted to create something I would genuinely feel good recommending and using: thoughtfully formulated supplements with quality ingredients, meaningful doses and a clear purpose.
My goal is simple: to help women be hydrated with quality electrolytes and sleep deeper, to be able to fulfill all the roles they have in life!
